JUDGMENT
Even before a customary marriage was contracted in 2001, the parties herein were friends and the woman who is the defendant in this action purportedly sold property to the man, the couple therefore traded in property before the marriage. It is therefore no wonder that after separation in 2011, the plaintiff, a Ghanaian resident in the US should drag the defendant to this court in respect of the properties acquired jointly by instituting this action through his lawful attorney for the following reliefs;
a. A declaration that the plaintiff is entitled to beneficial interest and equal share in the following;
i. House no. 458 situate and lying at Ogbojo East Legon Accra in the Greater Accra Region.
ii. Two shops on plot number 12 block 7, Nsawam Road Avenor Accra.
iii. Leasehold interest in a plot of land situate and lying at La – Bawaleshie in the Greater Accra Region.
