ABDUL-AZEEZ WAZIRI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): In the High Court of Justice Ogun State in the Abeokuta Judicial division and in Suit No: AB/108/2014 the Claimant as per paragraph 20 of the further amended statement of claim, claimed against the Defendants as follows:-

1. A DECLARATION that the Claimant is entitled to the Statutory Right of Occupancy over and in respect of the piece of Land lying, being and situate at No. 9/11 Miracle Avenue, off Lagos Ibadan Express way Magboro, Ogun State, shown in Survey Plan No: EMR/OG/476/2001 dated 11th September, 2001 drawn by E. O. Adeleye.

2. AN ORDER of continued possession of the Land in dispute as shown and delineated in Survey Plan No: EMR/OG/476/2001 dated 11th September, 2001 drawn by E. O. Adeleye to the Claimant.

3. Costs of this action.
