JUDGMENT
The Petitioner and the Respondent were lawfully married under the Marriage Ordinance, 1951 Rev. (CAP 127) on the 14th day of August, 2010 at the Airside Hotel, Airport, Accra.
Both parties are Ghanaians and resident in Accra, Ghana. Both parties are also engaged in business.
There is no child of the marriage.
The Petitioner filed a petition against the Respondent for the following reliefs:
a. That the marriage between her and the Respondent be dissolved.
b. That the Respondent be ordered to pay maintenance to the Petitioner and thereafter a periodic payment as the Court shall deem fit.
c. A declaration that the Petitioner is a joint owner of house number 10, Otinshie, East Legon, Accra
d. An order directed at the Respondent to pay financial settlement
e. A restraining order against the Respondent from harassing, assaulting and disturbing the quiet of the Petitioner and her employees in house number 10, Otinshie, East Legon, Accra, during the pendency of the suit and ther…
