J U D G M E N T
On the 11th of May 2020, the Applicant instituted the instant action seeking the enforcement of its rights under Articles 18 (1), 23 and 33 (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Ghana, 1992. The Applicant per its motion, prayed the Court for the following reliefs:
a. A declaration that the purported suspension of Applicant's account by Defendants after the expiration of the lawful seven days amounts to an unlawful detention of Applicant's bona fide funds being a sum total of Two Hundred and Thirty-Nine Thousand, Seven Hundred and Fifty-Five Ghana Cedis (GHS 239, 755.00) and in violation of Applicant's right to administrative justice.
b.
