A confessional statement admitted in evidence cannot be set aside by the same court. The only option available to a person who feels aggrieved by the decision of a court based on a confessional statement that was wrongfully admitted is to go on appeal for the decision of the court to be set aside.

No, you cannot. You will have to appeal against the ruling admitting the confessional statement.
