How can I counterclaim for a declaration of title in land matter when claimant is seeking a declaration of title too.

After filing appearance, you can file a document that will be referred to as a "statement of defence and counter-claim". The statement of defence will be a response to the claimant’s statement of claim and your counter claim will allege and seek for you declaration of title.
