There are a plethora of cases on this, any act that is inconsistent with the Grundnorm S.1 (3) CFRN 1999 as amended. Use Nnamdi Kanu vs FRN as a case study

Tuffour v AG, GBA v AG (The Abban Case) are all cases that talk about the supremacy of the Constitution. Any case which declares a law or an act as null and void because it is inconsistent with the Constitution is a Supremacy of the Constitution case.
