The legal grounds for which a judgement of a court may be set aside are:
- Where the judgement is unreasonable as held in the case of THE REPUBLIC v. TSATSU TSIKATA (2016) JELR 91912 (CA)
- Where the judgement was obtained by fraud as held in the case of DZOTEPE V. HAHORMENE III (1988) JELR 66527 (SC)
