The legal grounds for which a judgement of a court may be set aside are:

  1. Where the judgement is unreasonable as held in the case of THE REPUBLIC v. TSATSU TSIKATA (2016) JELR 91912 (CA)
  2. Where the judgement was obtained by fraud as held in the case of DZOTEPE V. HAHORMENE III (1988) JELR 66527 (SC)
