What happens in cases whereby the offeror brings in a new term in the receipt or confirmation order when the consideration had been furnished already by the offeree?

The subsequent term will not be binding on the offeree and has no effect.
However,if the latter consents to the subsequent term. It will be treated as a separate agreement and does not form part of the former.
