Commercial law and contract law are related but distinct areas of law. Contract law deals with the formation, interpretation, and enforcement of contracts between parties. On the other hand, commercial law deals with the legal aspects of business and commerce, including the sale of goods, negotiable instruments, and secured transactions. While there is some overlap between the two areas, they are not interchangeable. [1] [2]
