This case commenced on the 18th of November 2015 by the writ of complaint filed on that day. In it the Claimants are seeking the following reliefs:

(a) A DECLARATION that the willful and deliberate refusal by the Defendant to pay the Claimants their earned salaries and allowances is wrongful and amounted to a breach of their right.

(b) THE PAYMENTof the sum of N4,109,800.86 (Four Million, One Hundred and Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred Naira Eighty Six Kobo) only to the 1st Claimant being the accumulated unpaid salaries and allowances due to the 1st Claimant for 33 months from February 2013 to October 2015 at the rate of N124,539.42 per month.
