This case commenced on the 18^th of November 2015 by the writ of complaint filed on that day. In it the Claimants are seeking the following reliefs:

(a) A DECLARATION that the willful and deliberate refusal by the Defendant to pay the Claimants their earned salaries and allowances is wrongful and amounted to a breach of their right.

(b) THE PAYMENTof the sum of N4,109,800.86 (Four Million, One Hundred and Nine Thousand, Eight Hundred Naira Eighty Six Kobo) only to the 1^st Claimant being the accumulated unpaid salaries and allowances due to the 1^st Claimant for 33 months from February 2013 to October 2015 at the rate of N124,539.42 per month.
