MOHAMMED MUSTAPHA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the decision of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja, delivered on 10th January, 2020.
The Appellant claimed as per his statement of claim dated the 8th of August, 2016, but filed on the 9th of August, 2016 as follows:
