Per a writ of summons sealed in this registry on 16/12/2011 and accompanied by a Statement of Claim, the Plaintiff claims against the defendant the reliefs set out here below:

1. a declaration that the purported withdrawal of the allocation of Plot No. RP/16/F/2 leased to Plaintiff by Nungua Traditional Council is unlawful and that same be set aside;

2. an order setting aside and/or cancelling the allocation of plot No.RP/16/F/2 by the Nungua Traditional Council to Naa Ayemode;

3. a declaration that the Plaintiff is a lessee of the land in dispute;

4. Perpetual injunction restraining the defendants, their agents, servants or successors in title from interfering with the use of the land in dispute;

5. Costs.
