AUGIE JCA (Delivering the Lead Judgment): The appellant and 9others were arraigned before the Failed Banks (Recovery of Debts) and Financial Malpractices in Banks Tribunal, Zone 111 Lagos on an 18-count charge alleging sundry offences, including stealing and conspiracy. The appellant, who was the Chief Accountant of Wema Bank at the time, was the 9th accused, and he was charged with only conspiracy in counts 2 and 12 i.e.
