JUDGMENT 

The Plaintiff instituted this action against the Defendants for the following reliefs;

1. A declaration that, purported restoration of judgment in Civil Suit titled Reverend  Vida Adri v. Abraham Afortey Odai @ Aboyasco on the 23rd of February 2010 is  wrongful in law, abuse of the legal process, null and void and same obtained by  recourse to fraud. 

2. An order of the Honourable Court setting aside the purported “restored” judgment  of the LA- District Court dated 23rd day of February 2010 and all the consequential  orders emanating from or arising out of the purported restored judgment or the  restored judgment. 

3. An order of the Honourable Court setting aside the sale of all the properties  belonging to the Plaintiff, which said sale, all emanated from the wrongful and fraudulent sale of the Plaintiff’s self-acquired properties, arising out of a  purported restored judgment of a restored judgment.
