JUDGEMENT
The plaintiffs instituted this action against the defendant on the 27th Feb., 2022, claiming the following reliefs:
A declaration of title to all that pieces and parcel of lands situate and lying at Oduman, in the Ga-West District and more particularly and respectively described in the statement of Claim.
Damages for trespass
Recovery of possession
Perpetual injunction restraining the Defendant, his agents, assigns, workmen and all others claiming through him from interfering, developing or disposing off the subject matter land. Defendant entered appearance and filed his statement of defence and counterclaimed as follows;
