JUDGMENT
ACKAAH-BOAFO, J.
Introduction
[1] On the 26th day of May 2017 the Plaintiffs caused the writ of summons accompanied by a statement of claim to issue against the Defendants for the following reliefs:
a. The recovery of the sum of GH¢5,325,799.00 (Five Million, Three Hundred and Twenty Thousand, Seven Hundred and Ninety Nine Cedis) being the outstanding balance in respect of the loan facility granted the 1 Plaintiff by Ideal Finance Ltd;
b. Interest on (a) above at the monthly rate of 5% from 1st March 2016 until the date of final payment;
c. The recovery of the sum of GH¢401,676.31 (Four Hundred and one Thousand, Six Hundred and Seventy-Six Cedis, thirty-one pesewas) being the outstanding balance in respect of the loan facility granted the 1st Plaintiff by Dalex Finance and Leasing Company;
d. Interest on (c) above at the monthly rate of 6% from 11th April 2015 until the date of final payment;
