JUDGMENT

The plaintiff is an agricultural company incorporated and registered as a limited liability company. It’s claim is for a declaration of title to five tractors and their attachments. They are described in the writ of summons as follows:
“(i) Massey Ferguson 165 Tractor No. GL 3067;
(ii) Massey Ferguson 165 Tractor No. GL 3068;
(iii) Massey Ferguson 165 Tractor No. GL 3069;
(iv) Massey Ferguson 165 Tractor No. GM 1030; and
(v) Massey Ferguson 135 Tractor No. GM-1029 together with five (5) ploughs, one (1) harrow, and four (4) trailers.”
It also claims recovery of possession of the said farm tractors and equipment; ¢330,000 damages for loss of use; ¢70,000 as general damages and mesne profits.
