JAMILU YAMMAMA TUKUR, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the National Industrial Court, Yola Division in Suit No: NICN/YL/07/2017, delivered on 11th July, 2019 by Honourable Justice N. C. S. Ogbuanya against the Appellants.
A summary of the material facts of the case leading to this appeal, is that the Respondents being aggrieved by the decision of the 1st Appellant in dissolving the Adamawa State Pension Board before the expiration of the members’ tenure (including the Respondents) instituted an action before the lower Court via a General Form of Complaint and other requisite processes, and via an Amended Statement of Facts dated and filed on 9th April, 2018, claimed the following:
