MOHAMMED AMBI-USI DANJUMA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the ruling of the High Court of Edo State, Coram: J. U. Oyomire J., in Charge No. B/CD/137C/2015: The State v. Nosa Toyaki Adams delivered on 18/4/2016, in which the application by the Appellant as 1st Accused person to quash the charges laid against him by the Respondent for failure to disclose or support the offences alleged against him by the Respondent was refused and dismissed.
The Appellant was dissatisfied with the said ruling and had filed his Notice of Appeal on 25/5/2018 on two grounds of appeal. See pages 131-132 of the Record of Appeal.
