OLUDOTUN ADEBOLA ADEFOPE-OKOJIE, J.C.A.(Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the Interlocutory Ruling and Judgment of Hon. Justice B.U Sukola of the Kaduna State High Court, delivered respectively on the 4th day of August, 2010 and the 30th day of June, 2014, overruling the Appellants' Preliminary objection and granting the reliefs sought by the 1st Respondent in his Statement of Claim.
The Appellants at trial were the 1st and 2nd Defendants, while the 1st Respondent was the Plaintiff, in a suit instituted by the 1st Respondent against five Defendants, seeking the following reliefs:
