BELGORE JCA (Delivering the Lead Ruling): By a notice of motion filed on the 20November 2006, the applicant herein prays for the following relief: An order of this court admittingthe appellant/applicant to bail pending the hearing and determination of the appeal lodged against the judgment of the Federal High Court sittingin Jos. He also prays for any such further order(s) as this court may deem fit to make in the circumstance.
