1.0 INTRODUCTION
1.1 This appeal arose from the decision of the Court of Appeal, Makurdi Judicial Division, Coram: Hon. Justice lgnatius lgwe Agube, JCA, Hon. Justice Onyekachi AJa Otisi, JCA and Hon. Justice Joseph Eyo Ekanem, JCA. The Judgment was delivered on the 20th day of March, 2020 wherein the Court of Appeal affirmed the conviction and sentence of the Appellant and two (Co-Accused persons to 21 years' imprisonment each for the offences of Conspiracy and Armed Robbery contrary to and punishable under sections 6(b) of the Robbery and Firearms Special Provision Act, 2004.
1.2. Dissatisfied with this decision of the Court of Appeal, the Appellant filed this appeal vide a Notice of Appeal dated and filed on 24th day of April, 2020.
