R11, Laws of the Federation. Count Two-armed robbery in that they robbed one Amire Adefunke of her Nokia Phone and they were armed with offensive weapon to wit pistol contrary to section 1(2) of the Robbery and Firearms (Special Provisions) Act, Cap. R11, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004. Thirdly, Being in possession of firearms contrary to section 3 of the Robbery and Firearms (Special Provisions) Act, Cao R11, Laws of the Federation, 2004, in that they were found in possession of locally made pistol and a cartridge.
