HARUNA SIMON TSAMMANI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the Ruling of the Oyo State High Court delivered on the 24th day of January, 2017 by M. L. Abimbola, C. J. in suit No: I/1EFCC/2014.
By a Motion Ex-parte dated and filed on the 6th day of February, 2014, The Respondent had sought the order of the court below for interim attachment/forfeiture of the properties of named persons listed in the schedule to the Ex-parte Application.
