UWANI MUSA ABBA AJI, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the decision of the Federal High Court, Umuahia, presided over by Hon. Justice M. G. Umar, delivered on the 1st day of March, 2012, wherein the Learned trial Judge ordered that the suit be transferred to the Port Harcourt Judicial Division of the Federal High Court where the alleged infringement was alleged to have occurred.
A synopsis of the facts leading to this appeal according to the Learned Counsel for the Appellant, Mr. George T.
