JAMILU YAMMAMA TUKUR, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This application is brought pursuant to Order 6 Rule 1 of the Court of Appeal Rules, 2016, is dated and filed on 18th October, 2018, praying this Court for the following:
1. An order of this Honourable Court joining Stabilini Visinoni Limited and Bi-Courtney Limited as Respondents in this appeal.
2. An order of this Honourable Court granting leave to the Appellants/Applicants to amend their Notice of Appeal to include Stabilini Visinoni Limited and Bi Courtney Limited as Respondents in this appeal.
3. And for such further order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit to make in the circumstances.
