Durojaiye on the 11th of September, 2019 in Suit No. AB/266/2010. In the judgment which is at pages… of the Record of Appeal, the learned trial judge held, inter alia, that that the Claimants (Respondents herein), who were the owners or occupiers of the lands situate, lying and being at ABULE OKOOLOPATE, ABULE OKO-DUGBE and ABULE ORI-EERU Villages respectively of Abeokuta/Kobape Road, Abule-Oko, Obafemi/Owode Local Government Area of Ogun State, were not served with Notice of Acquisition of their land by the Ogun State Government and as such granted all the reliefs they sought.
