MOHAMMED LAWAL GARBA, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is also against the same Ruling by Lower Court assuming jurisdiction over the 1st Respondent's suit and raises the same as Issue 2 of the Appellant in appeal No.CA/L/914/12 which has been fully and completely considered and finally resolved in that appeal.

In order to avoid mere repetition of the submissions made by the parties on the said issue and the views and conclusion of the Court thereon, I adopt the reasoning and conclusion in the earlier appeal No CA/L/914/12 for this appeal. For lacking in merit, the appeal is also dismissed, for reasons set out there in and the Ruling of the Lower Court delivered on the 8/10/12 to the effect that it has jurisdiction to adjudicate over the 1st Respondent's suit, is hereby affirmed.

Parties shall bear their respective costs of prosecuting the appeal.
