1.0 Plaintiff’s case
1.1 Per the accompanying statement of claim, the plaintiffs and 1st and 2nd defendants are members of the Kasa Clan of Ho-Ahoe in the Ho Municipality who claim to possess a large tract of land at Ho popularly known and called Nuwoe land bounded as follows: on one side with the property of Togbe Setsie (Kwami Kuma family); on another side with the property of Togbe Kokroko (Akegodza family); on another side with the property of Bolo family; on another side with the property of Dzovor family; on yet another side with the property of the Adase family; on another side with the property of the Agetor family; on another side with the property of the Tsagbatsra family; on yet another side with the property Buampe family; on the last side with the property of the Megbenu property.
1.2 According to the plaintiffs by customary practice of the Kasa Clan of Ho-Ahoe, clan property is vested in the Head of Kasa Clan, as well as the occupant of the Kasa Stool in trust for members …
