Ilorin, on a two count charge, which reads as follows:
That you Abiodun Agboola, Male, Adult, on or about 13 March 2010, along Odo-Owa/Omu-Aran road in Ilofa Irepodun Local Government Area of Kwara State, within the jurisdiction of this honourable court , without lawful authority transported or trafficked in 8.6 kilograms of cannabis sativa (otherwise known as Indian hemp) a drug similar to cocaine, heroin, LSD, e.t.c., and thereby committed an offence A contrary to and punishable under section 11(b) of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency Cap. N30, Laws of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004. 2.
