JUDGMENT 

On 24th October, 2011 the plaintiff commenced this action by a writ of summons  accompanied by a statement of claim against the defendant here in for the following  reliefs:  

i) Declaration of title to all that piece or parcel of land situate lying and  being at Agri-Cattle Lakeside Estates at Katamanso near Ashalley Botwe  described in the schedule.  

ii) Recovery of Possession of the said land.  

iii) General damages against the Defendant for trespass. 

iv) Perpetual injunction to restrain the Defendant, her agent assigns and  workmen from interfering with the Plaintiff’s land.  

v) Cost  

By its statement of claim, the plaintiff pleaded that it acquired the land in dispute from  Black Watch Cattle Breeding Farms in 1974, who also acquired it from the Nungua stool.  That it had been issued with Land Title Certificate.
