FREDERICK OZIAKPONO?OHO, J.C.A.(Delivering the Lead Ruling): By their motion on Notice dated the 3-6-2014 and filed on the 9-6-2014 the Appellants/Applicants prayed this Court for the follows Reliefs;
1. AN ORDER granting leave to the Appellants/Applicants to amend the Notice of Appeal in this Appeal by;
a. Rewording Grounds 1 and 3 of the Original Grounds of Appeal,
b. Adding new Grounds 6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14 and 15 to the Grounds of Appeal, and
c. Adding a new prayer in the relief sought from the Court of Appeal.
As underlined in the proposed Amended Notice of Appeal attached to the affidavit in support of this motion as Exhibit B.
2. AN ORDER deeming the Amended Notice of Appeal attached hereto as properly filed and served the necessary fees having been paid.
