JUSTICE A.R. MOHAMMED wherein the claim of the Appellant was partially granted, dissatisfied with the decision not to award damages, the Appellant filed a Notice of Appeal dated 1st May, 2006 and filed on the 1st June, 2006 setting out 9 grounds of appeal.
