A. G. KARIBI WHYTE, J.S.C. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): The litigation between the parties in this case, can in any sense be aptly described as protracted. The issue litigated in all the actions instituted has been with the singular aim of establishing title to the piece of land at Oniponri stream via Oke-Oluokun, Ibadan. The following cases have been fought between the parties-Suit No. 25/59 Raji Ajani and Oyedele family v. Sakiku Akano Ogunsola Ajayi, Suit No. 44/59 Raji Ajani and Oyedele Family v. Sakiku Akano and Ogunsola Ajadi, Suit No. 1/28/71 Ogunsola Ajadi v. 1. Ladunni Ayoka Oyedele, 2. Wuraola Alari, 3. Morenikeji Adisa, 4. Chief E. A. Adeyemo, Suit No. 1/25/72 parties as in Suit No. 1/28/71.
