HELEN MORONKEJI OGUNWUMIJU, JSC (DELIVERING THE LEADING JUDGMENT): This is an application, seeking for the trinity orders from this Court filed by the Applicant on 10/3/2023. Prayer 3 states as follows:

AN ORDER of this Honourable Court extending the time within which the Appellant/Applicant may appear against the judgment of the Court of Appeal in appeal number CA/AK/E05/2017 delivered on 9th August, 2022 to the Supreme Court on proposed Grounds 1, 2, 4 and 5 of the Proposed Grounds of Appeal raising issues of fact and or mixed law and facts and on ground 3 of the proposed grounds off appeal raising issue of fair hearing, time to appeal as of right on ground of fair hearing having lapsed, and as particularly shown in Exhibit AB 7 attached to this application.

The grounds for the application are stated as follows:

i. The Appellant/Applicant is desirous of appealing against the judgment of the lower Court delivered on 9th August, 2022 to the Supreme Court.
