Jimoh, J. on the 12th day of October, 1995 at the Ogbomoso Judicial Division of the High Court of Justice, Oyo State, in a motion ex-parte filed on the previous day, the 11th of October, 1995. For a proper understanding of the issues involved in this appeal, I state hereunder some facts about other applications which had previously been filed. On the 1st of August, 1995, the plaintiff/appellant/applicant filed a motion on notice for an order of interlocutory injunction -
