TIJJANI ABUBAKAR, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the Ruling of the Federal High Court, Lagos delivered by Dagat, J., on the 22nd day of November, 2016, wherein the learned trial Judge dismissed the Respondents' Preliminary Objection challenging the jurisdiction of the Court and as well refused the Appellant's application for interlocutory Injunction.
