BIOBELE ABRAHAM GEORGEWILL, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of the High Court of Ogun State, Ota Division Coram: E. A. Fabamwo J, in Suit No. HCT/69/2013: Mr. Samsiondeen Nosiru Akindele V. Alaji Saliu Folorunsho Kuranga delivered on 28/8/2020, in which the claim of declaration of title to the land in dispute by the Appellant, as Claimant, against the Respondent, as Defendant, was dismissed for lacking in merit.
The Appellant was peeved with the said judgment and had appealed against it vide their notice of appeal filed on 27/11/2020 on four grounds of appeal. See pp 438 - 441 of the record of appeal. The record of appeal was compiled and transmitted to this Court on 6/8/2021. Subsequently, with the leave of the Court, the amended notice of appeal was filed on 14/4/2022 on four grounds of appeal and was properly deemed and filed on 4/3/2026.
