YARGATA BYENCHIT NIMPAR, J.C.A. (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This appeal is against the judgment of the Federal High Court sitting in Abeokuta, delivered on the 29th of November, 2022 by HON. JUSTICE AKINTAYO ALUKO wherein the Court below dismissed the case for want of jurisdiction. Piqued by the decision, the Appellant filed a Notice of Appeal on the 8th of December, 2022 setting out 3 Grounds of Appeal.
