MUHAMMED LAWAL SHUAIBU, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment):  By a motion on notice filed on 6/3/2020 the 1st respondent/applicant sought leave of this court to adduce additional evidence on appeal in terms of CENTRAL BANK OF NIGERIA REVISED REGULATORY AND SUPERVISORY GUIDELINES FOR MICRO-FINANCE BANKS IN NIGERIA, 2013.  The further evidence the applicant sought to adduce is a photocopy of the 2013 Guidelines annexed as Exhibit “B” to the affidavit in support of the said motion on notice.  In line with the requirements of the rules of this court, the motion on notice to adduce additional evidence is predicated on 7 grounds and also supported by 4 paragraphs affidavit deposed to by Enoto Benson of counsel.
