JAMES GAMBO ABUNDAGA, JCA (Delivering the Leading Judgment): This is an appeal against the judgment of high court of Katsina State in Suit No. KTH/23/2015 delivered on 14th September, 2017 by Hon. Justice Abdullahi Yusuf. The 2nd defendant who felt disenchanted with the judgment of the trial court which granted the plaintiff’s reliefs filed an appeal to this court. The notice of appeal which contained three (3) grounds of appeal was filed on 8/11/2017.
The record of appeal was compiled on 26/2/2018 but deemed duly compiled and transmitted on 21/2/2020.
