BALKISU BELLO ALIYU, J.C.A. (Delivering the Lead Ruling): This ruling is in respect of the application filed by the Respondent on the 6th February 2026 praying this Court for:
AN ORDER of this Honorable Court compelling or directing the Appellant/Respondent to pay the sum of N165,000,000.00 (One hundred and sixty five million Niara) plus accruing interest at the rate of 10% per annum from 21st May 2025 until the date of compliance with the order of Court, being the judgment debt in Suit No: FHC/CV/6323/2023-Chief Solomon Akuma, SAN (practicing under the law firm of Akuma & Akuma) V. Architect Dairus Ishaku in the judgment of the High Court of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja delivered on the 21st day of May 2025 into an interest yielding account in the name of the Chief Registrar of this Honorable Court pending the hearing and determination of this appeal.
