JUDGMENT 

The Plaintiff’s Lawful Attorney Nii Abbey Abubakari issued this Writ against 1st Defendant on the 18th March 2016 for the following reliefs: 

a) Declaration of title to the one plot of land measuring 100 x 70 feet at Ashongman Accra. 

b) Damages for trespass 

c) An Order for recovery of possession of Plaintiff’s land described below in the schedule: ALL THAT PIECE of land situate lying and being at New Ashongman, Accra and bounded on the North by Assignor’s land measuring 100 more or less and on the East by a lane measuring 70 feet more or less on the South by proposed road measuring 100 feet more or  less on the West by Assignor’s land measuring 70 feet more or less.  containing an approximate area of 0.16 acre or 0.06 hectare more or less 

d) Special damages in the sum of GH¢30, 605.00 for damages caused to the building foundation erected by Plaintiff. 

e) Punitive damages for wilful trespass and destruction of Plaintiff’s property by the Defendant.
