JUDGMENT: 

On the 26th day of February, 2016 the Plaintiff instituted the instant action against the Defendant  claiming the following reliefs: 

1. Declaration that Plaintiff is the bona fide lease holder of all that parcel of land measuring  2.49 acres lying and situate at Ofankor in the Greater Accra Region, which piece of land  measuring 30ft by 20ft which the Defendant has trespassed upon form part. 

2. Recovery of possession of the piece of land measuring 30ft by 20ft of the larger 2.40 acres  which the Defendant has trespass upon. 

3. Damages for trespass. 

4. Perpetual injunction against the Defendant, his assigns, workmen, agents and anyone  claiming through him from interfering with the land. 

5. Cost including legal cost on full indemnity basis. 

On the service of the writ of summons and the attached statement of claim on the Defendant, save  causing his lawyers to enter an appearance on his behalf he failed to file any defence.
