OGUNTADE JSC (Delivering the Lead Judgment): The original plaintiffs at the High Court of Lagos State were Alhaji Moshood Ajala and AlhajiYekini Sowunmi. They died in the course of the proceedings at the trial court and the present appellant was substituted for them.
