BY COURT: CONSENT JUDGMENT

The terms of settlement signed by the parties and their lawyers filed on 23rd February, 2017, adopted as Consent Judgment of this Court. 

Whereas the parties have agreed to settle the disputed issues culminating in the  present suit before the Honourable Court amicably among themselves. 

It is hereby agreed between the parties as follows: - 

a) The Plaintiffs shall pay to the 1st Defendant an amount of Twenty Thousand  Ghana Cedis (GH20,000.00) (hereafter referred to as thee “Settlement  Sum”) on or before the 10th day of March, 2017, as full and final settlement  of whatever claim interest 1st Defendant may have in respect of the disputed  property which is the subject matter of the suit before the Court. 

b) Upon receipt of the entire the Settlement Sum by the aforesaid date, the 1st Defendant shall give his consent by signing any relevant document as the  case be, to ensure that the whatever interest he holds in the Property in  dispute is conveyed to the 4t…
