JUDGMENT

ASUMAN-ADU, J.

The Plaintiff herein, Albert Tetteh Quaye commenced this action on 10th May, 2011 by filing writ of summons accompanied with a statement of claim against the Defendant herein, Wyoming Resources Ltd. for the following reliefs:

a. An order directed at the Defendant to determine and make payment of the full and final terminal benefits pursuant to clause 23 of the Agreement of October 25th October, 2010.

b. Interest on the determined final terminal benefit calculated at prevailing commercial bank rate from January, 31st 2011 till date of final payment.

c. Damages for breach of contract.

d. Costs.

In the accompanying statement of claim the Plaintiff avers that until 31st January, 2011, the Deputy General Manager in charge of Finance and Administration of the Defendant.
