JUDGMENT

ASUMAN-ADU, J.

The Plaintiff herein, Albert Tetteh Quaye commenced this action on 10^th May, 2011 by filing writ of summons accompanied with a statement of claim against the Defendant herein, Wyoming Resources Ltd. for the following reliefs:

a. An order directed at the Defendant to determine and make payment of the full and final terminal benefits pursuant to clause 23 of the Agreement of October 25^th October, 2010.

b. Interest on the determined final terminal benefit calculated at prevailing commercial bank rate from January, 31^st 2011 till date of final payment.

c. Damages for breach of contract.

d. Costs.

In the accompanying statement of claim the Plaintiff avers that until 31^st January, 2011, the Deputy General Manager in charge of Finance and Administration of the Defendant. In 2010, the Defendant engaged in a redundancy programme following an agreement for the sale of its assets and a takeover by new investors.
