JUDGMENT

b) Recovery of Possession of the said land 

c) Damages for trespass 

d) Perpetual Injunction restraining the Defendant, his agents, servants, assigns,  or whoever from continuing to develop the land pending the final  determination of this suit. 

e) Costs inclusive of legal and administrative costs
