JUDGMENT

MENSAH-HOMIAH (MRS.) J.

On 01/06/2012, the Plaintiff herein, instituted the instant action for himself and on behalf of his family, against the Defendant herein. The reliefs sought are these:

a. An order compelling the Defendant to remove the staircase leading to the first floor of Property Number N.A. 205 the property of the family of the Plaintiff which staircase is obstructing the main access to the Plaintiff’s family said property.

b. An order directing the Defendant to remove a generator she had placed immediately behind the bedroom of a principal member of the Plaintiff’s family which has become a nuisance to the occupants of the house.

c. An order appointing a valuer to assess the value of work undertaken by the Defendant on Plaintiff’s family property and requisite rent payable or exigible in respect of the work carried out by the Defendant
